During the dark days of Covid there was a major glass shortage in the United States. Because of this shortage, we were unable to get our great looking square bottles. To keep our products moving, we had to resort to round bottles, which we lovingly refer to as our "Covid Bottle Editions" for each spirit. It holds the same award-winning spirit, but in a less attractive bottle. We want to rid our memories of the pandemic as well as our remaining "Covid Bottles" (some could call them "collectors". We call them discounted.)

Our first tasting medal ever comes in Gold and for our Wingman Gin! In 2021 we were awarded a Gold Medal from The Fifty Best International Tasting held in New York City.

It is fitting that the all-Colorado refined sugar beets that are the foundation of our Minuteman Vodka also be the same locally-sourced ingredients for our Wingman Gin; afterall, the Air Force originated in the United States Army as the Army Air Corps until 1947.

Our one-of-a-kind, custom-made copper ‘Rocket Still’ produces a smoothness in all of our spirits unattainable to traditional stills and processes. Juniper berries and a handful of other botanicals provide a pleasing, clean, Colorado Dry Gin unmeasurable anywhere within the Centennial State. 

Wingman Gin does not carry on the undesirable reputations of most gins of the past. Instead, you will enjoy the delightful floral hints of cardamom and juniper that blend expertly into traditional cocktails. Gin & Tonics or Aviations play nicely, but Wingman Gin allows the refined sophistication of a well-aged whiskey where you can enjoy its flavors on a single rock or in a dry martini. Like many businesses across the nation, we have had to temporarily use a round bottle due to supply shortages. We now have what we like to call our "Covid Bottle Edition" of our same great-tasting 1350 spirits inside a round bottle.
