Westward Whiskey Single Barrel No. 63 - 2019

While every whiskey we make is influenced by our home, this rare Westward Whiskey was inspired by the beautiful Cascade Mountains in Washington State. An ode to the bounty of the Northwest, this whiskey was made from 100% malted barley grown in the Palouse region of eastern Washington. This barrel was hand-selected for its notes of crème brûlée coffee, and baking spice. This expression uniquely showcases the core tones of our whiskey and encapsulates all of the elements of what makes Westward Whiskey so unique and distinctive.
