We distill this whiskey from wheat grown in the valley between the Talkeetna and Chugach mountain ranges and barley grown in Alaska’s rugged interior. ​Once matured, we blend this spirit with the purest of water and whiskey from the lower 48.​Never chill-filtered, the result is a frontier crafted whiskey that only a few will get to discover.

NOSE – vanilla, honey, oak, toasted sugar, subtle strawberry, orange peel, gingerbread, candied pecan, black pepper

TASTE - cherry, black pepper, honey, apple, toasted walnut, hazelnut, pear, banana, cinnamon, allspice, subtle mint & florals, cedar, black currant, cream soda, cotton candy, prune, lemon

FINISH- lingering spiced oak, cooling clove, crème brûlée, crisp apple, orange peel, warm baking spice
