We took our Southwestern Gin and put it into Mezcal barrels. An ode to the flavors of San Diego's shared boarder with Mexico it is distilled with cilantro, lime, sage and cucumber. After being aged for 18 months in a used mezcal barrel you taste new flavors that highlight the spice and sweetness inherent in San Miguel Southwestern Gin.
