Why we ship this way?
In order to comply with the laws and regulations governing the transportation of alcohol between different states, we rely on local third-party carriers who are authorized to deliver your shipments directly to you.
PLEASE NOTE: ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY (21+). PO Boxes, Military Bases, Postal/Shipping locations such as FedEx/UPS/Walgreens etc. are not valid for shipments.
Orders are typically delivered within 3-15 business days* of purchase. *Excluding orders placed on presale, if product is on backorder, or during peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your understanding.
Tracking emails are provided once the order has been fulfilled, where it will be handed off for further processing and shipment. Updates to the tracking provided will occur when the package has shipped and may not update until received by the local carrier completing its delivery in your state. Regular updates will continue to be provided as the carrier scans and delivers the package.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com within 24 hours. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request whenever possible. Order requests made after purchase cannot be guaranteed, additional fees to process any requests may apply.
Carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver the product with an adult signature. Number of carrier attempts may vary.
We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us after multiple attempts or due to address issues. We are charged $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after maximum attempts had been made, and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer refunds on account of this unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges.
We will offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged during shipping or below satisfaction. Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
